The Global WASH Cluster (GWC) is delighted to share the 2022 Mid-Year Report, outlining key results and progress from January to June 2022.
2022 saw the launch of our 2022-2025 Strategic Plan and accompanying Implementation and Monitoring Framework, outlining governance changes and priorities to guide the GWC in the coming years.
This has also been a year of unprecedented levels of humanitarian crises; the report also outlines how the GWC remained agile and committed to providing National Coordination Platforms with robust operational field support, capacity and learning opportunities, and heightened advocacy, evidence building and knowledge management support.
The report also delves into key achievements made by the GWC to support strengthened localization, inter-cluster/sector collaboration and further update the WASH Severity Classification.
