The GWC is led by UNICEF as the Cluster Lead Agency (CLA) and is open to actors working in the humanitarian WASH sector across international organizations, United Nations agencies, international non-governmental organizations, academic institutes and donors. The GWC has two membership categories – with 85 members and 2 standing observers.
