Cluster Coordinator

Adrian is seconded by Oxfam GB as Cluster Coordinator – Strategy, Preparedness and Transition 

Adrian is an experienced WASH Cluster/Sector Coordinator with significant experience of the complexities, challenges and information management requirements of WASH service delivery in contexts affected by conflict, climate change and population displacement. He has supported and lead NCPs (National Coordination Platforms) in both cluster and non-activated cluster contexts at both national and sub-national levels. Among his various WASH deployments he has WASH cluster/sector coordination experience from Somalia, DRC, NE Syria, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Nigeria and Malawi.  

His focus to provide support to the GWC and NCPs on issues relating to implementation of Collective Outcomes, Emergency Response Preparedness/Anticipatory Action and NCP Transitions from cluster to sector (government-lead) WASH coordination. 

He holds an MSc in Community Water Supply from Cranfield University, UK.
