Brenda joined the in 2022 as an Information Management Officer, seconded with via NCA.

Prior to the GWC FST, Brenda worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as an Information Management Officer for 7 years and 3 years with the private sector. Whilst working with IOM, Brenda was on the Emergency Deployment Roster and was successfully deployed to Somalia and Maiduguri Nigeria Missions to support as an IM/GIS specialist. Brenda has worked in Malawi during emergencies, and in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh for 2 years supporting the Shelter and NFI Sector. Her special skills include data collection and analysis, GIS, technical support and building capacity, data visualization and information design skills.

 Brenda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Planning.
