Work context: This is a flagship project of ACF that directly supports the Global WASH Cluster. The team is currently composed of 6 people, potentially 9 next year. This position entails a direct working relationship with the Global WASH Cluster and 4 other humanitarian agencies, as well as with donors. Responsibilities: The purpose of the Project Manager position is to provide management and operational oversight of the FST project.

The responsibilities fall into three main categories:

1 Provide operational management of the Field Support Team project in conjunction with the Global WASH Cluster (CAST): ensure that the FST is fully functional and ready to be mobilized to provide services and operational support to National Coordination Platforms as identified and communicated by the Global WASH Cluster (CAST).

2. Ensure smooth functioning and collaboration among Consortium members and with donors: ensure that the Consortium works smoothly and collectively to strengthen the surge mechanism, develop good relationships with current donors and approach new donors to ensure the financial sustainability of the project.

3. Communication, advocacy, and visibility: ensure visibility of the project in collaboration with the Global WASH Cluster Requested profile:

• You hold a degree in public administration, social sciences, political science or other field related to water and sanitation.

• You have a minimum of 10 years of humanitarian work experience in an NGO and/or the UN, including management and/or coordination of emergency programs.

• You have proven experience in team management.

• Fluency in English and French required Specific conditions / salary:

• Gross salary between 42 and 53K depending on experience
